Mechanical Inspector (Manual)
Location: South Coast: - Portsmouth / Fareham Areas
Main duties to be the Inspection of small precision machined components to close tolerances using hand held measuring tools i.e. Digital Callipers, Micrometers, Plug/Thread gauges, Trimos, Shadowgraph etc.
Must be able to read precision engineering drawings and knowledge of Geometric Tolerances and Sample Plan Inspection an advantage.
Temp. to Perm. or Three Month Contract ongoing.

Fully Skilled CNC Turner - Day Shift
Location: Totton area - Hampshire
- Full CNC Programme creation using Fanuc Controls.
- Setting and Prove out of programmes and processes.
- In process Inspection of components produced.
- Machine Operation.

- Full CNC Programme Creation using mainly Heidenhain or Seimenns Control.

CNC Turner
Location: New Forest, Hampshire
Engineering firm based in the New Forest area require a Fully Skilled CNC Turner to work with the day or night shift team.
Duties to include:
- Full CNC Programme Creation mainly using Mazatrol Fusion, Hitachi Seicos or Fanuc Controls.
- Setting and Prove out of Programmes and Processes.
- Machine Operation.

Toolroom Machinist
Location: New Forest, Hampshire
A Fully Skilled Manual Machinist to work with the day shift team.
Duties to include:
- Operation of Colchester, XYZ Proturn Lathes, Bridgeport, XYZ Milling Machines and Surface Grinders.
Skills required:
- To be fully skilled operator.
- Able to work on own initiative, machining jigs and fixtures as well as small batch machined components.
- Experience of XYZ Prototrak VL Programming and Manual Milling would be an advantage.

Duties to include:
- Full CNC Programme Creation mainly using Mazatrol Fusion, or Heidenhain Controls.
- Setting and Prove out of Programmes and Processes.
- Machine Operation.
- In process Inspection of components produced.
Skills required:
- To have served an appropriate apprenticeship or have five years experience as a CNC machinist.
- Knowledge of off-line programming systems, particulary MasterCam, AlphaCam, and CamWare, would be advantageous.

Labourer/Storeman
Duties to include:
- Moving materials inside the workshop.
Afternoon—Storeman Duties
- Dispatching cutting tools and equipment from stores.
- Keeping the tool stores tidy and organised.
- Entering data onto our computerised stores.
- Keeping control of inventory.
Skills required:
- Good time keeping.
- Active, methodical, approach to duties.
- Physically fit, as some light lifting will be involved.
- Willingness to work overtime including some Saturday mornings (rota basis)
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Computer literacy.

Precision Component Finisher/Fettler/De-burrer
Duties to include:
- Remove burrs using files, scrapers and rotary tools.
- Abrasive blasting.
- Tapping.
- Polishing.
- Visual inspection of completed products.
- Completing appropriate documentation.
- Part marking - using computerised marking machines.
- Packing components for dispatch.
- Visual inspection and thread checking.
- Removal of sharp edges.
- Light polishing of various steel and aluminium components.
- Component cleaning - using fully automated cleaning machine.
- Compiling dispatch documentation.

Quality Engineer
Applications are required for this senior position to strengthen our existing Quality Team.
Duties to include:
- Conduct supplier surveillance audits and performance monitoring.
- Establish internal & external root cause corrective action investigations.
- Internal performance monitoring.
- Increase SPC utilisation.
- Control of the approved supplier database.
- Supplier development.
Skills required:
Based upon comprehensive practical training and experience, the successful candidate must posses the following:
- A full understanding of machined component manufacture.
- A full understanding of the 9001:2000 Quality Management standard.
- Knowledge of special process auditing would be advantageous.
- The ability to react to varied situations with determination to ensure the customer is fully supported.
