Main duties;
The Inspection of small precision machined components to close tolerances using hand held measuring equipment, i.e. Digital Callipers, Micrometers, Plug/Thread gauges, Trimos, Shadowgraph etc.
Must be able to read precision engineering drawings and knowledge of Geometric Tolerances and Sample Plan Inspection an advantage.
